Returns Policy

Nowthor Corporation allows customers to return merchandise for up to 30 calendar days after delivery subject to certain limitations, as described below.

Types of Returns

We define two different types of returns as defined below.

1) Defective

If a piece of merchandise is received by the customer in a non-functioning condition or ceases to function properly, as defined by the manufacturer, the customer has the right to receive a replacement subject to the following rules and conditions:

  • Item does not perform according to manufacturer specifications;
  • Defective item must have been delivery within the last 30 calendar days. After 30 calendar days, customer needs to directly contact manufacturer;
  • All materials originally included with the item must be returned, for example, cables, software, manufacturers box, AC/DC adapters, etc;
  • Customer is responsible for carefully packing the defective item;
  • Return is not for credit; and,
  • All returns require prior authorization from Nowthor Corporation.

If the above rules are followed, a repaired or new-in-box replacement item (at the discretion of Nowthor Corporation) will be shipped back to customer once the defective item is received. Nowthor Corporation will pay for shipping and insurance from and to the customer, using the same shipping method as initially used.

2) Customer Convenience

All returns that do not qualify under the Defective type defined above are automatically classified under the Customer Convenience type. Note that Software and Special Order items cannot be returned under this classification.

The following rules apply for Customer Convenience returns:

  • Shipping, handling and insurance costs to and from the customer are non-refundable and fully supported by the customer;
  • Nowthor Corporation is not responsible for lost or damaged packages during shipping from customer;
  • Returned products may not have been opened, used, or have the seal broken, and should be in saleable condition as determined by Nowthor Corporation;
  • A no-exceptions, non-refundable 15% restocking fee will be assessed over the original sale price of the merchandise to cover processing and administrative costs; and,
  • All returns require prior authorization from Nowthor Corporation.

If the above rules are followed, customer will receive the appropriate credit. Credit will only be issued to the original credit card used on the transaction.
