To qualify for this offer, you need to order products from Nowthor Corporation in the amount of $200.00 or more per order, excluding taxes and shipping. Note that different orders cannot be combined to attain this threshold.
Upon delivery, you have 30 calendar days to submit email questions related to the products in the qualifying order. To submit your questions, you must use the same email address used to order. The answers to your questions will then be researched and responses will be emailed within 3 business days. In case we need additional time, we'll let you know. This offer is limited to 3 email questions. At the discretion of Nowthor Corporation, this limit may be extended beyond the 3 email questions.
Alternatively, Nowthor Corporation may assist you in your initial configuration of the products in the qualifying order by phone. You just have to schedule with us a mutually convenient time. Nowthor Corporation will then call you and assist you with whatever questions and issues you might have to configure the devices in the qualifying order. Phone calls are restricted to a total of 1 hour. At the discretion of Nowthor Corporation, phone calls may be extended beyond the 1 hour limit.
